It’s all about the Sound…
Every Presenter knows our studio “sound-proofing” is a patchwork from days passed and while it has been upgraded from time-to-time, it does require complete re-vamping and brought into line with the Station’s own exciting elevation in the marketplace in terms of images and sound quality – with no small thanks to the current management team and certain people behind the scenes that have injected a great deal of wonderful imagery and “colour” to our broadcasting environment.
We are able to do this undertaking with the generous support of members and sponsors. “Quietplease” themselves are completing the task by virtue of “promotional offsets” and the same applies for the electrical work during and after the project, by Paul Klicin…
Our own management is excited about this Project. We hope all our Presenters will be as well. We ask you to be patient and understanding throughout the process over the coming weeks as the task is carried out. Please be courteous to our important visitors as they are required to move about the studio precincts.
There will be ONLY ONE STUDIO in operation from the week of 9th May to 13th May. Studio B will be “out of service” during this time and so we ask ALL Presenters to ensure there is a swift and efficient “changeover” at the end of programs and introduction to the next, ONLY in Studio A.
If Presenters are NOT familiar with Studio A, please make time and an effort to come to the Station in the next week or two to “learn” the small but significant differences with the two studios. Ensure Studio A is not being used at the time – so, someone can be there to provide you the opportunity to point out the small although important variations. Essentially the studios are identical in “layout”, it is just that Studio A is more of a recent installation than Studio B. There should be no issues with anyone.
Management expresses their sincere thanks in anticipation the project will run smoothly and efficiently for all concerned.
